Skate Cambria is looking to build a skatepark that has a mix of street and transition features that will support skaters with a range of interests and abilities. The park needs to be a modern concrete skatepark that requires little maintenance, and will last for generations to come. Beyond a skatepark, this will be a space that encourages event gatherings and captures the uniqueness of our beautiful community. To ensure the end result fulfills this vision, Skate Cambria is dedicated to ensuring that skaters of all ages and that the wider community input is considered throughout the project. What a honor for us to be part of Dom’s Day. A local south county skater that was so loved! Dom we know you were with us and the pictures say it all. Nipomo Skatepark was packed, great community and show of support.

Pinedorado 2025

Great weekend celebrating the 75th Pinedorado/ Diamond Jubilee- Skate Cambria took 1st place in the parade under non-commercial youth category. We are so thankful for our community support… the Follies included us in the performance this year.

Net profit $10,187.50 and another $60,000! in generous donors that day.
Everything was so good and restaurants owners your heart for the park in donating for our salad bar, beyond generous.

CHILI COOK OFF FUNDRAISER JUNE 2025

Thank you Cambria Firefighters Local 4635 for helping us with the Chili Cook-Off.. they took on the organizing and we raised $8400.00 dollars to help get the skatepark out to bid.
Many hands make light work- American Legion POST 432 , you are amazing! Dave Pierson and Steve Kniffen special shout out! Cambria Lion’s Club for the generous help with the grounds and use of the facilities and of course our firefighters. B Shift took the win! It was such a fun day and the kids leaned in with their art talents on the poster. A community day that really inspired! Thank you CCSD Directors, Michael Thomas, Karen Dean and Harry Farmer for coming out and voting for your favorite chili.

CAP THE GAP/ PICNIC FOR THE PARK-APRIL 2025

Thank you for helping us CAP THE GAP we raised $12,500! Special thanks to our 12 hospitality partners who served up great food and both bands.
Jesse Strickman and Pricey Diggs, you kept us going with your musical talent and tunes! Also, Parr Collective for your beautiful property. We are one step closer to going out to bid.

RAMPING UP RALLY - AUGUST 2024

Thank you for all those that joined us for the RAMPING UP RALLY.
We cleared $1335.00 towards the maintenance fund for the park and are out for construction permits.
Let’s get this park built! Karen Dean the skateboard cookies were a huge hit and DJ REB you crushed it on music.
